Ran a nice loop with Cheri this morning. It is getting hot outside which reminds me that maybe I need to get up earlier to beat the heat. Slept in yesterday, but muscles were still screaming this morning...hope they recover before tomorrow's 14. We are running 7 miles up the course and then back. I am hoping to get a lot more uphill training in this year to prep for the marathon. Here's to a PR! |
